Terms and Conditions – Pick and Click Flower Express

Welcome to Pick and Click Flower Express. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions with Pick and Click Flower Express.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify, update, or change policies without prior notice. Any modifications will apply to all future orders.


2. Ordering & Payment

2.1 Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, GCash, PayMaya, debit/credit cards, QR PH, and remittance center (Cebuana). 

2.2 No Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We do not accept COD payments.
  • Customers can pay directly at our shop located in Sampaloc Manila if they prefer.
  • Our legitimacy can be verified through our business registration, legal documents, partnerships with TV networks, and verified blue badge on social media.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not permitted for fresh flower orders once they have been reserved with our suppliers. For same-day and next-day deliveries, cancellations are strictly prohibited as flowers are prepared and reserved immediately after the order is placed.
  • For advance orders (2-3 days before delivery), cancellations may be accommodated, but a cancellation fee applies due to the nature of fresh flowers. Since we source, reserve, and prepare flowers specifically for your order, cancellations result in losses, as fresh flowers cannot be returned to suppliers.
    • Cancellation Fee may apply as follows:
      • More than 3 days before delivery: No applicable charges. 
      • 2-3 days before delivery: 40-50% cancellation fee
      • 1 day before delivery: No refund

Instead of canceling, you may request a rescheduling option based on availability. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us through our official channels.

2.4 Refund Policy

  • No refunds 1 day before delivery due to the perishable nature of flowers.
  • If the receiver is unresponsive, the order may be re-delivered at an additional fee, but no refund will be issued.

3. Delivery Policy

3.1 Delivery Coverage & Time Slots

  • We deliver within Metro Manila and select areas in Luzon.
  • Orders follow a time range system (e.g., 9 AM – 11 AM). Exact delivery times are not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and order volume.
  • Special time requests must be arranged through our social media and may incur a priority delivery fee.

3.2 Receiver’s Availability

  • Our rider will wait for 15 minutes upon arrival. If no one receives the order, an additional fee will apply for extended waiting time.
  • If the sender and receiver do not respond, the flowers will be returned to our office. Re-delivery will require an additional fee.
  • If another person will receive the flowers, prior notice is required, and the authorized receiver must present proof of order.

3.3  Card Message

Pick and Click Flower Express 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐟𝐮𝐥, 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞. We aim to ensure all deliveries remain 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥. 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞, including meanings, language, or references we may not fully understand.

3.4 Special Events & Peak Season Delivery Policy

During special events and peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, All Souls’ Day, Christmas, etc.), delivery operations are subject to high volume. As such, we implement a time range delivery system only, between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Customers who require a specific delivery time may opt for the following alternatives:

  • Store Pickup, or
  • Self-arranged courier booking

4. Product Policy & Substitutions

4.1 Product Availability

  • Occasionally, certain flowers or wrapping materials may be out of stock. We will notify the customer immediately.
  • If a substitution is necessary, we will ensure that the replacement is of equal value and similar design.

4.2 Custom Arrangements

  • Custom requests must be finalized before payment. Once the order is confirmed, no changes can be made to the arrangement.
  • We guarantee that our flowers will be fresh and will closely match the sample shown in our catalogs and marketing materials.

5. No-Return & No-Exchange Policy

5.1 Perishable Goods

  • Since flowers are perishable, returns and exchanges are not allowed.
  • Once delivered, we are no longer responsible for any changes in flower quality due to improper handling or storage by the recipient.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to uncontrollable events, such as extreme weather, traffic congestion, government restrictions, or supplier issues.

6.2 Customer Responsibility

  • The sender is responsible for providing correct and complete recipient details. Incorrect addresses or missing information may result in delivery delays or failure.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the flowers at the specified address and time.

7. Agreement & Acceptance

By placing an order with Pick and Click Flower Express, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
